Come and Try Nippers & Periwinkles at Boat Harbour Beach!

Thinking about getting the kids involved in surf lifesaving this summer? Come along to our Come and Try Day on Sunday 8 November 2026 at 10am at Boat Harbour Beach Surf Life Saving Club!

We're getting ready for the 2026/27 season and would love to welcome new and returning families to our new clubhouse.

Come and Try Day is a great chance for kids to have some fun at the beach, make new friends and find out what Nippers and Periwinkles are all about before signing up.

Our programs help kids build confidence in and around the water, learn surf safety skills and enjoy being part of a club.

Which program is right for your child?

Periwinkles – 5 and 6 year olds

A fun introduction to beach and water safety for our youngest members.

Nippers – 7 to 13 year olds

Kids develop their surf safety, swimming and beach skills through fun activities with friends.
